Registration Refund Policy

In the event you are unable to attend Sojourners’ Mobilization to End Poverty (M2EP) you have the following options available to you:

  • You may donate your registration fee to the event and it will be given as a scholarship to someone who would not be able to attend otherwise. This may be done by contacting Sojourners at Attn: Registrar; 3333 14 th St NW, Suite 200; Washington D.C. 20010. This donation will be tax-deductible.
  • You may request a refund by following the instructions listed below.
  • All requests for refunds of registration fees for M2EP must be made in writing and sent to Sojourners through one of the avenues listed below. Telephone requests for refunds will not be honored. There will be a $25 administrative fee for processing all refunds.
  • Written requests will be refunded in the following manner:
Written Refund Requests Received* Date(s) Refund Amount
60 days prior to event February 26 100% refund minus a $25 administrative fee
59-30 days prior to event February 27 - March 27 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee
29-15 days prior to event March 28 - April 11 25% refund minus a $25 administrative fee

* Requests sent through a postal carrier must be postmarked before the deadline in order to receive that refund.

  • No refunds will be given after April 11.
  • Refunds will be processed four to six weeks after the conclusion of the Mobilization.
